"MY FATHER IS MY HERO"

     My Father !! He is my hero .. He is the only one ..
HE is simple and industrious. A strict father but he do it just for his daughter's good. He is responsible father because he is doing his own responsibilities as bread winner in our family. He is my hero because w/o him i will not see the beauty of the world. I really love him  and i am proud  that he is my father because he is always teaching and advice me the best thing that i will do. He is my first boyfriend and my only one best friend. I love him very much..

"SONA"

                             President Benigno Aquino III stated last July 27,2011 at Batasang Pambansa at Quezon City his nation address.He stated there what he've done on his first year term for being the president of our country.
                             Well I'm not satisfied what he states on his nation address.But i think he is still starting to plan some more projects for our country to make PHILIPPINES more progress.I expect that he will do more on his other year tern.

"ISULONG ANG BREAST FEEDING TAMA,SAPAT AT EKSKLUSIBO"

      Breastfeeding is good for babies.As we know there's only few mother/mom using their breast for feeding babies because of the season right now maybe they say that "hindi na uso yan,may gatas ng may pangalan",they didn't know that those brandmilk is not good for the health of the babies.As we know breastmilk is more delicious than those brandmilk,cause some of brandmilk has mixed by mellamin.this ingredient is not safe for the babies.This can cause sicknesses or illness.Can also cause for death.So means,brandmilk is not safe to our health,it can damage also our brain.We/They must be breastfeed the babies to have them a good health and far from sicknesses.Breastmilk is more exclusive,more safe.So we must "isulong ang breast feeding"....
